Our country is very well known as nation of colors, from national flag to national bird you'd find how well colors define our cultures and people but still we are connected together with a bond of Being Indian.

How to Get Wider Shoulders ?
Tired of getting sand kicked in your face at the beach?
Want to stand tall and apart from other guys?
Want to look big and firm with a shirt on?
You want wider shoulders! To get them, try the following techniques.
EARN IT:
1. Do weight and strength training...
Target the shoulders through military presses, Arnold presses, anterior and lateral side raises, push-ups, and rotator cuff exercises with rowing machines.
Don't just target you shoulders, Target your back and pecs as well, to grow proportionately. Don’t be afraid to start small. A recent study has suggested that doing more reps with less weight can be just as helpful as using heavy weights.
3. SWIM .
Swimming works nearly every muscle in your body, but if use the correct form, you can target your shoulders and upper body for a great workout. Start with the breast stroke, then the back stroke, then the butterfly stroke.
3. Perform shoulder stretches.
Keeping your shoulders stretched and limber not only should be part of your workout regimen, but can also make your upper body look more expansive. Every targeted muscle group should be stretched before beginning any workout regimen.
4. Improve your posture.
Keeping your spine straight, shoulders back, and gut firm can make a big difference in the way you look. For a double- whammy, use rowing exercises to improve your posture; this can add bulk and improve your form at the same time.
Picking the right t-shirt is important. Pick shirts that have sleeves higher on the arm and fit tighter than usual.
4. Loose sleeves will emphasize bony arms!
Wear V-neck shirts and sweaters . The natural line of the V will help separate your shoulders visually, making them appear wider.
5. Wear shoulder pads.
Slightly padded shoulders will emphasize what you have, making you appear wider. Don't go overboard, or it will break the illusion and you'll look like you're wearing shoulder pads that are too
big. Although these pads haven't reached to small cities of India yet.
6. Wear it with confidence.
Whether broad-shouldered or not, walking and carrying yourself with confidence— head up, shoulders back— will leave the impression of a man of substance, physically.
